Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB)
Grandeh designs and manufactures high-efficiency Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (WHRB) for recovering thermal energy from industrial exhaust gases and converting it into useful steam — without additional fuel firing.
Our WHRB systems are engineered for steel plants, DRI kilns, cement plants, furnaces, coke ovens, gas turbine exhausts, and high-temperature industrial processes.

What is a Waste Heat Recovery Boiler?
A Waste Heat Recovery Boiler captures heat from hot exhaust gases generated by industrial processes and converts that energy into steam for process use or power generation.
Unlike conventional boilers, WHRB systems generate steam using existing waste heat streams — reducing fuel consumption, emissions, and operating costs significantly.
Heat Source
Hot flue gases from furnaces, kilns, turbines, or process equipment enter the WHRB system.
Heat Transfer
Thermal energy is transferred through engineered heat exchanger surfaces to water circulating inside pressure parts.
Steam Generation
Recovered heat converts feedwater into steam for process use, turbines, or utility systems.
